말레이시아에 베이스를 두고 동남아뿐 아니라 호주, 몰디브등 다양한 노선을 저렴하게 이용할수 있어요.

저 역시 에어아시아 프로모션때 종종 득템하여 동남아여행을 다녀오곤 했는데요.

지난 빅세일에 보라카이가는 표를 미리 예약해뒀었어요.

한국에서 보라카이가는 티켓은 출발 3개월전에 100% 환불되니 일단 이렇게 특가표 잡아놓아도 크게 문제 될게 없거든요.

아직 한참 남은 일정이라 예약해둔 걸 잊고 일상을 보내고 있었는데, 친구들이랑 추석에 휴가내어 놀러가자는 이야기가 나와서.. 에어아시아 보라카이 환불 받아야하는 상황이 생겼네요. 저도 특가표 득템은 많이 해봤어도 환불은 처음이라 좀 걱정이 되더라고요. 오늘은 에어아시아 예약취소 방법 알아볼께요.

먼저 고객센터 사이트에 접속해서 환불 신청을 해야하는데요. 주소는 www.airasia.com입니다.

사이트 상단에 보시면 고객지원이라는 메뉴가 있어요. 클릭하여 들어갑니다~

우측에 보시면 이메일보이기와 콜센터가 보이시죠? 콜센터로 전화하셔도 되는데 저는 그냥 메일이 편해서 이메일 보내기를 선택했어요. 여기선 에어아시아 환불 이메일로 접수하는 방법 알아볼거거든요.

이렇게 이메일 양식이 보이실거예요. 상담유형 중 선택하기에서 환불을 선택합니다.

그럼 대분류, 중분류등 세부항목이 나타날거예요. 빠짐없이 기재해주시면 됩니다. 한국에서 출발하는 항공권이니 한국항공권이라고 소분류 선택하시면되고요. 제목은 환불요청, 영문 이름, 성, 이메일 주소, 핸드폰 번호, 예약번호, 항공사코드 (z2), 편명, 출발일과 시간을 입력하시면 됩니다.

접수하면 바로 이메일로 접수확인 메일이 올거예요. 접수가된걸 확인할수 있네요.

며칠 후 다시 이런 메일이 오는데요.

Korea Refund Policy (all guests with flight bookings departing from/arriving to/transit through Republic of Korea ONLY):

100% of the paid amount is refunded if request is made over 91 days prior to the scheduled time of departure ; or

90% of the paid amount is refunded if refund request is made between 61 and 90 days prior to the scheduled time of departure; or

80% of the paid amount is refunded if the refund request is made between 31 and 60 days prior to the scheduled time of departure; or

70% of the paid amount is refunded if the refund request is made between three (3) hours and 30 days prior to the scheduled time of departure.

Note:

Once the customer agrees with above terms by replying to this email, refund request cannot be changed, modified, cancelled, or withdrawn from refund processing. All refund requests are deemed final.

Refund process takes minimum of 30 working days from your confirmation reply email.

Refund is offered to original form of payment used at the booking.

이렇게 작성하여 답장으로 보내면 며칠 뒤 카드승인 취소 메일과 함께 환불이 완료됩니다. 생각보다 간단하죠? 단 한국출발 동남아노선만 3개월전 100% 취소가 가능하고요. 호주나 몰디브 같이 말레이시아를 경유하는 노선은 환불규정이 다르니 꼼꼼히 확인해보시는게 좋을것 같아요. 이상 환불 방법이었습니다.
